Getting Started

The process to getting well is simple


Step 1


Before beginning any of our classes, it is recommended each person have an assessment of your current physical condition. A customized personal fitness program will be tailored to each individual’s postural needs and training goals.


Step 2

Private Program

Individual sessions to learn the foundations of the FLOW Pilates Method and build the necessary fitness level necessary before joining a group.


Step 3

Specialized Reformer Group Classes

Joining specialized group classes are limited to 4 persons to ensure proper adjustments to reinforce proper technique.
